The Problem

D and G had historically had all their lines and services with BT, and although they knew there were substantial savings to be made by switching provider, they had previously tried to switch and had a whole range of issues with their card payment terminals and felt it was too much of a risk to move away.
As a victim of their own success, the number of calls into their garages was ever increasing and D and G required a solution that would ensure they never missed a call and ensure their customers never reached an engaged tone.

The Solution

2Circles were able to switch their lines and calls across without any downtime by recognising that the payment terminals were actually on BT Featurelines rather than standard analogue lines and all that was required was a quick call to the card provider to remove the ‘9’ prefix on the number dialled.

D and G are also in the process of moving all their garages onto 2Circles’ hosted solution, allowing them to answer and queue several calls at once without needing to install multiple lines.  The call queuing solution also provides a cost effective way to advertise their business benefits through their ‘music on hold’ recordings.  Critical to the performance of the Hosted solution is a fast and robust internet connection.  2Circles were able to secure government funding through the Broadband Voucher Scheme to install the high-speed services into the Perth garage.
