When we first encountered Go Ape, they had all of their services with one supplier however they felt that they weren't really being looked after particularly well, having never had rate reviews and always speaking to a different person when they called in. Our aim was to simplify their set up, keep everything on one bill and provide them with a bespoke account management team who knew their account inside out.
One of the biggest challenges that we helped them overcome was that there was no single network provider that covered all of their sites. 2Circles were able to provide both O2 and Vodafone mobiles, ensuring every site had a mobile that could get reception and still managed to give them a single point of contact for all billing and customer service. One other issue with their rural locations is that when new line installs are required, this generally involves larger scale engineering work of some kind. Our excellent relationship with Openreach's back offices, means we are able to advise and project manage these for Go Ape saving them time and money.
2Circles have been a great help to us over the years, always there at the end of a phone and quick to respond.
