Line Protect is designed to cover unforeseen engineer costs, avoiding expensive and unbudgeted charges if an engineer is called out and the fault isn't with the network.

Voice Safe

Voice Safe is for customers with lines which are call-enabled. Voice Safe is designed to mitigate both the risk and financial effect of billing fraud.

Broadband Protect

Broadband Protect is enhanced support for your broadband service with broadband router swap-out, out of hours telephone support and engineer call out.

Network Insight

Network Insight tells you how often your business lines are engaged and how many calls didn’t get through. A complete set of business-critical reports providing you with the management information you need to analyse call handling performance and maximise efficiency.

Business Continuity

Business Continuity is there in the event that you have a line fault or power failure. A cloud based service, Business Continuity puts you in control with the ability to switch to a virtual receptionist coupled with hunt groups, providing greater flexibility than traditional disaster recovery services.

Site Assurance

Site Assurance is exclusively for ISDN 30 customers and provides a planned fail-over in the event of an outage or an onsite disaster by diverting calls to a pre-defined number.

VoIP Safe

VoIP Safe is designed to mitigate both the risk and financial effect of billing fraud for customers who have calls running over the internet.
